Returns & Exchanges
Our Return Policy:
For Website Purchases: You may return defective or incorrect merchandise as long as it has not been used or washed and is still in the same new condition with tags attached as when purchased. Please call us to alert us of the problem, and we will work with you to correct the error or help you find a suitable substitution, including a refund. You will need to return your item within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt. After 14 days, we can offer store credit up for 180 days.
If you are exchanging an item, there is no charge to return the item(s) and the new merchandise will be shipped to you for no additional shipping charge.
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization number and return postage within 7 days of receipt. We will replace the damaged item or refund your full purchase price including the portion of the actual shipping cost that pertains to that item, upon receipt of the damaged item.
Once the return merchandise has been reviewed, a refund will be issued. Please allow up to one week process time.

We recommend sending returns by FedEx, UPS or registered mail with signature confirmation, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit.
Custom or Sale Items:
There are no returns or exchanges - All sales are final. Thanks for understanding.
